To be sure, to be sure.

17 Mar

We love everything green here at Drawn Outdoors, and St Patricks Day is no exception.  There’s a lot of Irish blood running through these veins (I even have an Irish Terrorist convict ancestor in my deep dark past).  The whole family wore a splash of green today to celebrate, the Drama Queen is an old hand at the Paddy’s Day clobber…

An old St Patricks Day for the Drama Queen

The Irish have a way with words that I can only assume comes from a happy disposition and a hell of a lot of Guinness.  There’s some great Irish drinking toasts, and some even better blessings, so on this St Patricks Day I’ll leave you with one of my favourites.

May your blessings outnumber
The Shamrocks that grow.
And may trouble avoid you
Wherever you go.

Happy St Patricks Day!

Sam

Thanks! This was a couple of years ago on St Patrick’s Day, but she’s still as cute now!
